Thank you so much! Chad was terrific and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. He put in a lot of time before our visit to assure we saw houses that were in line with our goals, and during the day he was very flexible and understanding with the two kids (stops for the bathroom, etc) and was really fun to spend an afternoon talking with! If we do come out again, I would request to have him assist with home searches. I would also highly recommend him to others in the same position! We have worked with many agents, but not many who were so kind and helpful.

We met with Chad this weekend and to say that he was a help is an understatement. To begin with, this process is a daunting one under the best of circumstances so the way that we received calls from Debra to set up the next steps, then Jonathan to assure us that he had a plan and inform us as to who would take care of us and then to meet Chad were all not only professional, but personal and encouraging. Then came Saturday. Chad was at our hotel on time and ready to go. He is professional, insightful and listens. His expertise in the market and overall demeanor were very helpful and he was reassuring to speak with. That said, by the end of the day Sandy and I were not feeling confident. In fact, we were wondering if this move could even be a fit in that we did not see what we were looking for. We spoke with Chad, he listened, asked questions, listened more, then reassured us that he had it under control and had some ideas wherein he would go home, work more on our case that evening, send over listings and then be willing to come back Sunday morning, early… Sandy and I, realizing the importance of this weekend, were up at 3am looking at the homes and information he sent going through and highlighting where we thought we might find what would be a fit. Because of Chad, we saw not one, but 3-4 communities wherein we now believe this is not only possible, but are excited about the future. He heard us and really made a difference. Chad is an asset and fantastic, without him, we would likely not be willing to have moved forward in the process after the first day. His expertise and professionalism were very much appreciated.
